Aaron Brady has owned and operated Spartan Nutrition on Richmond Street in London, On. for the past eleven years. His educational background includes a degree from Queen's University in physical and health education and geography. Aaron has taken courses in nutrition,biomechanics,anatomy and several other fitness related courses. His athletic background includes weight training for the past twenty years and was also a member of the varsity football team at Queen's University in 1990/1991.
